Refund and Returns Policy

At Music N Camera, we value our customers and their satisfaction. We understand that sometimes the product you receive may not meet your expectations or may have a defect. That’s why we have a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases.

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange unless the item is defective.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as custom-made or special orders, and specific pesticidal items.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return. In addition, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending back their item.

If the item is approved for a return, we will process a refund and notify the customer via email. Refunds will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If the customer needs to exchange the item for the same one, they must send an email to our customer support team and send the item to the specified physical address.

If the item was marked as a gift, the customer will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund unless it is our fault or issue of missing items. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for more expensive items.
